Brake Balance Calculations

The brake balance bar computes the distribution of force between front and rear master cylinders. You can define a Bias Bar with a width and thread (turns-per-inch) and then specify the bias bar offset in revolutions. If your brake system has four “clicks” per revolution then each “click” changes the offset by 0.25 revolutions.

This is an example of the brake bias bar calculation. The yellow values are calculatedf rom the other data. The graphic shows the relative scale of the bias bars.
