Product SupportThe right thing to do, and why People often ask about product support because software support is often poor or unavailable. I do support my software because it is the right thing to do. Support is available from the author of the program. I also value contact with my users because it provides information on how they are using the software and what additional features they would like to see. Conversations with a customer in January, 2003, resulted in major revisions to the Five-Link suspension geometry process. The WinGeo3 program now has three distinct Five-Link suspension types: True Five-Link, Five-Link with Upper A-arm, and Five-Link with Lower A-arm.
